Well, I think they´ve come out alright! I´ve not made pastry for quite a while and I think I added a drop too much of water to the mix as the pastry is quite crispy. I also didn´t have my cutters so had to make do with different sized glasses to cut out the circles. I tried to experiment with different shapes and the icing sugar, but it was a bit disastrous! However, they taste pretty yummy!! Merry Christmas!!
I can testify that they smelt pretty good too!
